PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Web Producer
Cornerstone is a cloud-based talent management platform that provides recruitment, training, management, and collaboration solutions for all business sizes.
As the Web Producer for Marketing, my responsibilities include:
> Primary responsibility for a high volume of daily requests to create and update website content in Drupal for the US and twelve international domains.
> Ongoing quality control for the corporate sites by monitoring high-traffic pages for defects (cross-browser compatibility, spelling/grammar, visual QA), and acting as the point of contact for bug reports by users; troubleshooting where possible, and escalating to the design or web development teams if necessary.
> Coordinate the development and release of new website features and bug fixes by the web development team by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and communicating expectations and timelines to stakeholders using Jira.
> Provide decision support for user experience strategy by the Creative Director and Web Design Manager by generating analytics reports, creating interactive wireframes, and conducting user research.
> Generate documentation and provide training to internal and external content managers on working in Cornerstone's customized Drupal implementation.

Senior Interactive Designer
Experian Marketing Services is an industry-leading email service provider. We partner with the world’s most recognizable brands to develop and deploy over 10 billion email messages per month.
As a hybrid designer and coder, my responsibilities include:
> Design visually engaging, high conversion email campaigns for enterprise clients.
> Execute approved design concepts in email-optimized responsive HTML; troubleshoot rendering issues for all major email clients via Email on Acid, Litmus, and internal tools.
> Develop and troubleshoot responsive opt-in pages, including front-end validation scripting for complex forms.
> Contribute to the research and development of bleeding-edge interactive email techniques.
> Primary developer for the 2015 and 2016 EMS Client Summit websites.

Client Services Web Developer
Brandify is a SAAS technology start up that powers local/digital marketing for multi-location enterprises, such as national restaurant and retail brands. Its core product include a customizable Store Locator solution, and Local Landing Pages – a platform for generating a unique landing page for each franchise location.
On a daily basis, my responsibilities included:
> Design responsive Business Locator interfaces and Local Landing Page templates, adhering to client style guides and functional requirements, over multiple iterations of client feedback and refinement.
> Implement approved design mockups, by hand-coding HTML, CSS and Javascript (jQuery/Prototype) to build pixel-perfect, functional web applications.
> Troubleshoot all code output for cross-browser/device compatibility (including support for IE7+), and implement best-practices for location-based SEO and social graph integration.
> Contribute to conference calls with the client and internal strategy discussions as a subject matter expert on responsive design.
> Develop, standardize and document new frontend product features and coding best practices, and help to train local and remote team members.

As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, my responsibilities were:
Strike Industries is an American designer and manufacturer of niche-market firearm accessories and other tactical equipment. Its product lines are also licensed for use by Airsoft hobbyists. Subsidiary brands include Madbull Airsoft, J-TECH Tactical, and SOCOM Gear.
> Design, development, general maintainence and marketing of a Magento catalog and two ZenCart catalogs for Madbull Airsoft, Strike Industries and J-TECH Tactical.
> Production and post-processing of high resolution product photography, and creation of banner graphics, landing pages and packaging design for bi-weekly product launches.
> Manage the workflow of one junior designer, and coordinate other marketing activities including email marketing campaigns, $5000 aggregate Google AdWords spend, and print advertisement in trade publications.
EDUCATION

BFA Graphic Design
Major focus of curriculum was on creative problem solving and the development of specific technical skills relating to editorial (print) and web-based media. Supporting curriculum included art history, photography, and international marketing.
